I ran 3.2 on the Elliptical today--will this help my outside
It is raining hardcore here and will be all week. I have a gym at my school so today I ran 3.2 miles on the elliptical. I made salads in tupperware for the week-will they survive?
I bought a container of romaine, added some spinach and then cut up veggies to go on top (cucumbers/mushrooms/celery/red onion/orange pepper) I was happy because I got four salads out of it so Im good for the week but now I am worried-will they last that long? How do you count how much water you drink in a day?
I have heard of people using rubberband system, using the same bottle etc. I have a hard time keeping track so was wondering if anyone has any good ways of counting the amounts of ounces you drink in one day? Thanks!

I upped my calories 200+ and feel so mentally better

I made a chicken mango salad. I went in and added all the ingredients to my lunch portion then remembered that meal. I estimate that it makes six cups total.
