Hi, Everyone!

This is a follow on from the March Weight Loss Challenge set up by mariamathsgeek. This one works the same way: You weigh in every week and set your own goals. Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule. Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the March challenge to join in April.

    I am so busy with grad school, full time job and part time job, it is hard to find time to exercise. I use to use my lunch breaks, but now they are full with homework and studies.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had a VERY emotionally and physically difficult day today, and I very much wanted to eat my feelings when I came home tonight, but I drank some water and went for a walk with the dog instead. Now I feel much better than I would have if I'd caved and eaten an entire block of cheese at 9 pm lol. Yay for good choices!
