I'm not a power lifter but am curious as to everyone's 1RM on squat/deadlift/bench

Personally mines:
170kg squat
210kg deadlift
120kg bench (4 reps, not tested 1rm)

Never tested, but calcs put me at:

    Deadlift: 425
    Squat: 305
    Bench: 200

    Bodyweight: 173.
Yeah, I'm still in the weak AF beginner stage. Ah well, just gotta keep at it.

That's not weak at all man, I know people who've been training years that can't get a 180kg (405-ish) deadlift so kudos man.

After 2+ years of lifting in mostly a calorie deficit my lifts are 110kg bench, 120kg squat and 155kg deadlift.

I'm kind of built for deads (longer legs, short torso, longer arms), which is the exact opposite of what's desired for squats and bench. I suspect my DL will always be leaps and bounds ahead of the others.

I swear, I have more than once considered going the Bob Peoples route.

    Squat: 275 lb / 125 kg x 4
    Bench: 190 lb / 86 kg x 3
    Deadlift: 300 lb / 136kg x 4

    Bodyweight (current) 196.4 lb / 89 kg

My deadlifts are terrible. Most of these were peaks at a lower bodyweight as well.

    Skwat- 295 lbs
    Binch- 165 lbs
    Dead- 345 lbs
Currently 185 lbs, maxes are recent and for this body weight. Been struggling to get them back up after losing about 30 lbs, and starting another cut now. Dreaming of the day when I will be satisfied with my body weight and can just focus on building haha.

    That's some nice numbers.
I'll be worried about that now, well soon. I start my cut on the last week of March so scared my lifts may get weaker

    (I haven't actually benched yet)

But my Squat is 75kg and my Deadlift is 80kg and I am 140lbs :)

Plan on doing it or just carrying on as you're going? Nice squat and deadlift by the way :)

You can gain strength while cutting, I unfortunately had to also take a lot of time off because of illness last year, so that really took a toll. I'm hoping with a nice slow cut and taking a few diet breaks I can increase or at least maintain my current lifts.

I plan on doing it I think- I am due for a new programme so I'll ask for it to be something my PT puts in!

And thank you, taken 2 years to get there :)

Blam yall, im repping for the skinnies, built like the side of a dollar bill. I'm 5 ft 11" but only 135, and still cutting.

    Squat 62.5 kg 138 lbs
    Bench 52.5 kg. 116 lbs
    Dead 105 kg. 231 lbs

Frustrated my dead is so much better than my squat

Good on you, you rep those skinnies! Haha. I wouldn't be frustrated, nothing wrong with having a good deadlift, squats will come up eventually, my squats were always weak but have rocketed recently. Just be consistent and patient.

    Good lifts btw

I like this thread it's cool to see where people are at.

    Squat's 315lb
Deadlift is 355lb (just hit that today :) )
    Bench is 235lbs
Rackpulls 455lbs (I love rack pulls so I'm throwing them up there too)

I'm 230lbs right now, focus is on getting stronger and gaining more muscle.
