Total Weight lost: Let's say from my very highest (~150 in late 2011), almost 50 lbs.
How long in maintenance: Well I've been where I'm at now for about the past 2 months.
Maintenance weight range: 100ish lbs - 107ish lbs
Average weight recorded from April: 104.4 lbs

    Week of...
    1st May: 105.6 (I weigh in on Friday/Saturday)

Success/struggles of the week: Well vacation was fun, great to see the fam, but I'm holding onto a little extra weight/bloat from it, and fell into some old munchie habits - getting it back under control. All in all, while on vacay I think I did pretty dang good. I have another vacation to Hawaii coming up in about 6 weeks, so I'm focusing on prepping for that!

Time it took to lose: 15 months
How long in maintenance: 18 months, but I had some regain about 8 months ago, and am just now getting back to where I was then.
    Maintenance weight range: 140-150
Average weight recorded from January: 155.9
Average weight recorded from February: 153.5
Average weight recorded from March: 151.8
Average weight recorded from April: 150.4

    Week of...
30th April (for reference): 146.6 by scale, 149.7 by trend
7th May: 144.6 by scale, 147.5 by trend
    14th May:
    21st May:
    28th May:

Success/struggles of the week: About a pound of that weight loss is water weight from starting blood pressure medication, but another pound is from diet and exercise. I am happy with how my body looks and feels, but I'm going to see if my blood pressure is happier with a lower weight. So I am going to head over to one of the loss check-in threads for a couple months.

    Height: 5'7.3"
    Total Weight lost: 30 lbs
Time it took to lose: came off in stages over several years (with some unfortunate yoyo'ing in there)
How long in maintenance: Since March 8. I "maintained" within 5 lbs of goal for about a year before this.
    Maintenance weight range: 128-133

Moving average end of January: 132.8
Moving average end of February: 133.3
Moving average end of March: 132.1
Moving average end of April: 130.8

    Week of...
    3rd April : 131.0
10th April : 133.4 (bounced up one day thanks to TOM)
    17th April :130.8
24th April : 130.8 (trend weight is now also down to 130.8)
    1st May: 130.2
8th May: 134.4 (Way up after my birthday weekend! I was 128.8 on Thursday morning.)

Success/struggles of the week: Well, the birthday indulgences were planned. Hopefully it will drop back off fairly quickly though TOM is due any day now so that might delay things a little.

A struggle was with stamina. I have a 5K on Saturday and my running stamina last week was a lot lower than usual. I had to cut a few of my runs in half. I've been struggling for a few weeks now with both strength and stamina and feeling like I take a lot longer to recover. Not sure what that's about.

Success/struggles of the week: I had a really good week. I think I am finally maintaining. My weight fluctuated as usual, but my trendweight stayed at 125.3 all week and only went up to 125.5 over the weekend. I am going to try to just keep an eye on that trend and hope that it stays the same.

Success/struggles of the week: increased my calories by ab 200 and down two lbs in a week. New to maintenance. I was hoping to maintain at 140 but see there is a range so I decided to try and maintain between 135 and 140. I was scared of maintenance and think it will be hard but I know I can do it! Happy to find this thread

@macchiatto I, too, have struggled with stamina in running the past few weeks. Stick with it. I pushed through whatever it was - spring?, time change? in a rut? Whatever, I seem to be back on track and know you will be as well.

How long in maintenance: Called it at 130# May 2015 but kept losing until fall.

I do see a small trend here, however I am still underweight so not worried. Plus, my pants still fit
