    Soon I will be increasing my calories as I am approaching my goal weight. This will be a major adjustment for me to increase my calories for maintenance, but I look forward to it as well. Good luck to all with staying on track.

    Hi I forgot to update on Monday.
    SW:8/12:205lb
    CW:10/2: 195 lb
    10/9: 196 lb
    I gained a pound which kinda brought me down I didnt have a good week went over calories plus pms. But I'm going at it this week hopefully I can lose 2lb.

    I'm joining 10 days late, but I'd like to join up.
    I'm 48. I have a ton of health issues.

    I'm 5'1.5"
    CW: 183
    12 week goal: 173 (tho, I'd be happy with 175)
    I'd like to get down to 140-145.... still chubby, but not obese (plus one of my health issues will make it very hard to get all the "weigh" down to the goal weight for my height/build.

    I will weigh in on Mondays.

    @michaelapo - Anyone can join, no matter how far into the challenge we are. Good luck!

    @hpaloma92 and @Wraiythe - It's easy to 'fall off the wagon'. The hard thing is not getting too hard on yourself, and then getting back on your agenda. Focus again on your goal and leave this behind. This challenge is suppose to encourage you to move forward to help you achieve your FGW. Don't give up the ship.

    @jennyw1969 - No judging here. You pick your FGW to match where YOU want/need to be for a better way of life.

    @beckyr06 - We have a lot of newbies here that are showing a desire to do better than their 1st week results show. We need some more cheerleaders as I am out of my league trying to do this, but I will try. I never felt like I failed with my shortcomings because of people like you and @GoBlue1981 during the last challenge. Thanks for the inspirations again!

    Success / struggles of the week:
    scale has been messing with my head, BUT I have been doing better at drinking for water. I bring a 4L jug of water and i have lines up the side. I carry around a water bottle that i can refill and i put lemons in it (infuser) and then see what i can do. Ive done pretty well but my bladder hates me

    Joining late but I'm in.

    My weigh days are Monday as it helps me to control the weekends. So I'll give my start weight as of today and then again on Monday. Short week but let's see what I can get done.

    10/12/17--- Start 180.4

    My goal for this challenge is 160. With two big holidays coming up it will be tough but THAT is part of the challenge.

    Hey is it too late to join challenge?
    I need to lose about 25kg I’m off to Bali in Feb and want to be down to that weight by then.
    I started on Monday 9th Oct, to start I am walking on my treadmill 3klm every morning. Hoping to build on that as the weeks go
    I have a small gym at home will start light weights this week,
    Logging food and exercise in MFP this will keep me on track
    Late nights and weekends are my bad
