Challenge SW: 10/1: 147.4 (goal to weight 140)

10/8: 149.8 so...not a great week, was over calories for a couple of days, and alcohol/salty snacks over the weekend did not help. I am increasing my calories as I approach maintenance, and it is difficult. Back on the wagon...I am glad I can check in here and be accountable. Hope everyone had a good week!

10/15: 150.4 Bit discouraging...I have been trying to do TDEE instead of the MFP calories & eating back some of the exercise. Something is not right. So going back to what I was doing previously and seeing if I can start over with TDEE in a few weeks.

    10/22: 150.0
10/29: 149.0 Things have been going a bit better since I went back to eating back exercise calories....knock on wood....I have also slacked a bit on logging, but still trying to be "mindful" about what I am eating. Kept up with bodyweight training this week; important since I have cut way back on cardio (on purpose) since the summer.

    11/6 150.2

11/12 148.0 Down in weight...but still above my challenge starting weight.

    11/19 151.2
    11/26 152.6

@beckyr06 You've been in my corner offering up many words of encouragement throughout the summer/autumn months, and I can't thank you enough. As an added motivation for me, I don't want the stress of ever having to do this all over again. I'm hoping you can somewhat easily find your way to getting back on the wagon. You are strong and know what has to be done. Remember why you started your journey for motivation helping to get back on course and help you to succeed. Nobody ever said this was going to be an easy ride. We are there for you now. You can do this!

Echoing what @maryvbird said. Plateaus and ebbs in motivation are to be expected but that doesn’t make them any less frustrating in the moment. I’ve been gaining and losing the same 2lbs for 3 months now and here I am pushing on, tracking thru until the mood strikes again to lose the last 10lbs :) You will find your way back to finish up what you started when the time is right and maybe the holiday season is not the right time lol. We are here for you! You’ve accomplished amazing things and a little blip on the radar is nothing in the grand scheme of things. You’ve got this @beckyr06

@beckyr06 thank you. It looks like there are only 3 of us finishing this challenge. I'm glad I took part as it was great motivation. I've got two weeks to get rid of 6 pounds and either way it was all good.
