Does anyone follow Christmas Abbott's plan? (Book: The Badass Body Diet), she also has done online seminars. If so....pros, cons? Success? This plan really focuses on the Macros, has a higher "healthy" fat content and carbs are mainly fruits and vegetables.

Hi I am a veggie and due to IBS have been told to follow a low fodmaps plan, so my eating is good. I am on 1,200 cal a day, just to be sure do i then need to burn over 1, 200 cal to lose weight?
