Pregnant/Eating to Maintain
I am 30 weeks pregnant and have gained 30 pounds. I am healthy and not overweight. Right on track with weight gain, HOWEVER, the doctor says for pregnancy they aim toward 30 pounds. I need to eat to maintain. Being in my last 2 months of pregnancy makes that difficult. Any help would be appreciated.
