I just bought a TRIKKE from TRIKKESLC.com. I am looking forward to riding it. I understand it is a great work out. Anyone have one? I'll let you know how it goes. They are supposed to be a better workout than an uliptical machine and they really look fun. Wish me luck!

Question re cals and fat cals???
Does anyone know what the difference is between "cals" and "fat cals". I've been wondering that ever since I bought my ruddy treadmill. It gives me 95.3 fat cals and 305 cals burned??? Anyone on what the difference really is between the two??:huh: Thanks.

I went out for a friends birthday last night. I have been a yo-yo dieter for about 5 years. My diets are usually pretty serious.
