New to MFP. Strength training not for me? Am I alone?

    LOL....Body Beast is an exercise dvd (or six) It is strength training, believe me.......

    ah, didn't know beach body had anything with progressively loaded barbell training, cool then.

    its' different than a traditional program- but it specifically targeted for people wanting to get swole.

    No idea if it works.
