lifes good wish i had more friends were i moved but i have jesus as my lord and a meal plan making me feel good. anyone else feel this way?

The only true person you need in your life is Jesus, he will never let you down! I don't have what i call friends, yes i know many people and am close to some, but none of that truly matters has i say the only person you need in your life is Jesus he can get you through! God bless you brother!

Ug. We moved to Pittsburgh nearly two years ago and I have a couple of neighbors who talk to me from time to time, but no real friends. Lots of people who want to sell me stuff though.

I have my children and my husband and my dog Harmony. Our cat Cameron has us.

I'm not a huge joiner, so maybe that's my problem.

I have to say that five loaves of bread and two fish is a pretty good carb/protein ratio. Jesus had the macros down pretty well. You can't go wrong with that.

So go out and meet some people. Join a church, go to some small groups, take a cooking class. You gotta make an effort, friends don't normally just show up on your doorstep (or if they do they may not be the type of friends you want). I'm a Navy wife and we move a ton. I'm also an introvert. But whenever we get to a new town I know I'm going to have to get outside my comfort zone and meet some new people. Good luck to you.
