I lost 24 pounds in 3 months (128lbs-104lbs) but then i gained it all back now 128 again

It has to be a lifestyle.
Never hit too low while on a deficit, this can shock your metabolism in no good way, to the point where you would be gaining way at 900calories if you are at a very low deficit for too long.
Get back in the game, all it takes is one solid hard day with counting calories and perhaps the gym. Lift heavy this time around, it burns more calories.0 -
