Minutes completed  1205 (Challenge complete)
CW, thanks for putting this together. My cardiovascular system has definitely improved as my resting heart rate has now dropped to 50BPM. Can't say it was all rowing, but if the challenge wasn't there, then I probably wouldn't have burned as much calories as I did this month.0 
The gym im in just got new towers with PM5s. The seat is as uncomfortable as ever.0

Must be something concept2 is skimping on. The one in my gym gets very uncomfortable for me after 30 mins.0

Its always been the same, the water rower seat is like a Rolls Royce in comparison. Its common that 30mins is about the limit. I used to think it was just bad posture.0

as it happens, the concept c2 charity holiday challenge runs from thursday nov 27th to dec 24 th.
i urge as many to register as possible to raise funds for the selected causes.
concept are donating 2 cents per km rowed for first 100km,then 4 cents for additional kms rowed over that.
i am registered,and will incorporate challenge into decembers thread starting tomorrow!

I think I finally figured out how to join the MFP Friends team on concept2's log site.
Hopefully my meters will now contribute.

Used a different branch of my gym today and although I remember searching last week, I finally found another c2 with a display. Did 2000m so that I could get some measurements for comparison to my home machine. Man, I really suck. Took me 11 mins. Granted, it was after 50 mins of spinning and 45 mins of the elliptical. Need to challenge myself there if I ever want to qualify for a Crash B.0

You row at very low settings. going to try it when I go in the gym. I think it will be too low for me. Its very difficult to lower stroke rate and requires concentration, Also more difficult if you are shorter.
If you start a new one for December then I will join.0
