I couldn't find this started yet for this month, so I will get it going, hope that's okay!

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of November. Let's keep active and avoid those holiday pounds!

    11/2 - 60 minute trainer ride (easy spin) - 1:00:05 - 13.51 miles

    I did it by hand the past two months then realized how convenient it would be to ticker it

    How do you get a traker or the ticker it? I am new and I wanna do this. Plus I am on my feet walking for 8 hours a day so do I track that

    The general rule is that you don't count what you would regularly do towards exercise. So if you normally walk at work, or clean your house, you wouldn't count that as exercise towards calories burned if you are trying to lose weight. The ticker is available through the tickerfactory.com
