Haha well we started on Nov. 9 (45 or 46 days to Christmas... some of us, anyway). Not going to lie, my actual goal is by the end of December and if I don't get there I'm fine continuing in January. Just need to make sure I don't derail myself for 9 months again just because of one holiday

My doctor said I have to lose 5 by 12/30 (although I've already lost 3 since he said that), but I am shooting for at least 10, so why not make it 12? I'm in.

I want in too. I am late starting this but will work for the goal. I too have been putting off being serious about weight loss and have not tracked in a year and the weight has creeped back on over 2 years gained 30 lbs I need to lose. 12 lbs by Christmas would be a great start.
