    Thanks for posting :). You are truly an inspiration. I'm "older" like you (47) and have a similar starting weight (183) and height as well (5'1.5"). I'm just starting my journey with weight loss and strength training (lifting,etc) but you give me credible hope it can be done :). You look amazing and congratulations on your tremendous success !!!
