Not dissing OP, I'm sure he is on the up and up and needs his HRT. That being said I just find it odd that whenever I meet someone on HRT because he really needs it to get to "normal" test levels said person is always jacked up and way bigger then he could be without the HRT that only is suppose to bring you to a "normal level"

Could it be because the ones you know on hrt are also into fitness? Who are you to say what someone can achieve naturally (or at a natural hormone level)? Is it possible that the ones in fitness you know of have been training for years, or maybe more people who are dedicated to their physique are going to have their hormone levels checked and find out when they need hrt?

Of corse it is also possible that when on hrt they are brought to the high end of normal......

You may have a point with people I never meet before, But I have also seen people before and after HRT.

    My prescriptions?

Yes, you said your doctor prescribed you testosterone, which is a steroid.
nothing crazy just enough to bring up levels to optimal. Anti estrogen because my first labs showed high estrogen levels. The t3 was on my own but I only use 25mcg 3 times a day. That's nothing crazy

Maybe you're getting your period and it's just bloating.

So much for overcoming those pesky laws of physics. Maybe next time.
Not sure where that came from. I can only assume it's either jealousy or your a pessimist. Either way sucks for you lol
Why would anyone be jealous of somebody making statements indicating they think it is possible to gain eight pounds of muscle in a week? Understanding that such gains are impossible makes me a realist, not a pessimist. 8 lbs gained, and almost all muscle, is wishful thinking ... not reality. Your claim that it must suck for me when you're the one making delusional claims is truly laughable.

Watch out, you're losing muscle.

Sounds like it was just some water weight that's dropping off. Good luck with reaching your goals; seems like you're doing just fine.

Thank you. I agree it was water weight. Can see it dropping off quick. I am ok with losing some muscle lol I plan on doing a clean bulk once bodyfat is low enough. That will all come back. Thanks for the support =)))) I do appreciate it =)))

Since I guess it wasn't clear.

You'll get much better advice from t-nation's pharma section. This isn't a site for geared folk, it's for middle aged people doing p90X and thinking it's hard.

Know what I mean? There's outliers who lift hard and heavy, but they're outliers.

I have been on hrt for 3 years. It's nothing new. I think it was the increased 4oz of steak and also the fact that I can diet up in weight on a diet most people can't keep weight on with. It does seem like a freak occurrence I jumped but it's dropping again lol

So you are attributing the cause of a supposed 8lb muscle increase in one week to a 4oz steak? Why not go and post for advice feedback or whatever on one of the bodybuilding forums and see what they have to say? Also the 63lb in 2 months, which sounds pretty unhealthy.

It wasn't unhealthy. It was actually pretty easy just took time. I do not see why people judge because I am prescribed hrt medication. Guys on tnation are not prescribed and take tons of stuff. I am still a normal guy. Would prefer to be treated as such. My diet and workout regime was from a bodybuilding coach. It has been pretty successful so far except that last bump. Cut out the added fats to every other meal was key. That's what was missing. Please stop judging me because my family doctor felt I needed hrt with the symptoms I was having. I do not want to go to forum with a bunch of juice heads taking 20xs what I am prescribed and 10 other compounds. I am a normal guy with normal test and estrogen levels. That's it.

I, personally, don't think there is a "normal" bone in your body and I'm sure there are others on MFP that feel the same way.
I have no doubt others on here have lost like I have. Diet and cardio when used properly works fast. I have been working out for over 10 years so my body will respond different then someone just starting. That's pretty normal.

Dude, there's nothing crazy or special about you. Seriously, don't take that as a slight, it's just, your issue isn't uncommon.

I really suggest that pharma subfo, why? It's guys on gear talking about it, and they know their stuff.

If you were talking about an eca stack with a clen kicker. Fine, no biggy. I don't even think that counts. However, TRT, something for the e, and t3? You have gear and issues the average poster here won't have. You need a specific knowledgebase available, and it ain't here.

Nothing wrong with the PEDs, it's just that you won't really find the quality or depth of help you would like here.

I've been on TRT for two years now. Still trying to dial in the appropriate dose. My last total T test was 191.

So there. You just met someone on HRT (still) trying to get to "normal" test levels who isn't jacked. That said, I am about 20 pounds heavier (at 190) thanks to a concentrated effort to eat at a caloric surplus. Or maybe it's just from the *awesome* 191 test levels.

You lost 63lb in 2 months so thats roughly 7.5lb a week.

    MFP suggests 1-2lb a week.

The NHS suggests 1-2lb a week as the safe rate of weight loss.
    Safe rates of weight loss

If you’re trying to lose weight, the safe weekly rate of weight loss is between 0.5kg and 1kg. That’s between around 1lb and 2lb a week.

Lose weight faster than this, and you are at risk of health problems that include malnutrition and gallstones, as well as feeling tired and unwell.

Anyway your body etc it just seems a bit severe to me. Also as dbmata says if you are taking stuff that affects your weight loss over and abive simple calorie deficit, sich as hormones or steroids then its not really comparable to people here whi might do 30 mins cardio and forego a doighnut. Youd probablt get better answers in a bodybuilding forum.

I'm actually on team pro-OP in this thread (but maybe I'm biased because of my own TRT experience). To compare "normal" TRT to the cycles of the users on tnation is laughable. I'm trying to get my levels to 400ish. I doubt any of them are trying to do the same. Am I experiencing improved body comp as a result of the TRT? Yes, I suspect I am...because unlike the last however many years of efforts to improve body comp that had almost zero effect, I'm actually seeing some progress in the gym now...progress that would be laughed at in those suggested venues.

ETA: Oh, but not agreeing that he added eight pounds of muscle in a week. That's crazy-talk...but OP already acknowledged that.

Do you use cream or injections. I started with cream then switched to injections. The cream didn't absorb like it should have. Doctor put me on injections and levels went up to normal range. Cream wouldn't raise my levels properly and would give me a mild rash.

Injections. We've been from 200 mg/two weeks to 200 mg/week and now to 200mg/10 days. Hoping this gets me there. At least it's been an entertaining experience.

You are right those guys have free test levels in the thousands no joke. Then taking 1500-3000mgs of test alone a week is crazy. That's normal for them. Not to mention the other 8 compounds they are taking at the same time. Huge difference from hrt lol very low dose of test Cyp once a week. Those guys pinning everyday and eating orals like candy. Not even in the same ballpark.

I disagree. You're either for pkn or you're against him. There is no middle ground.

Everyone pick a side! It's time to get off the fence!

I'm asking you out of curiousity. Unwad the panties.

I've been looking for mine to compare. Can't find the record. My belief is that I'm low on t. I have some thinning hair, and I'm not as aggressive as I want to be. That's not hard data though.

I've been looking at rec use, in about a year, to be honest.

Total test was 680 last time. Estrogen or e3 test I think it's called was normal. Free test I forget. Like I said it's not like you think. Most teenagers have higher test then me lol
