For me it depends on the time of the month, but I don't think I could have any self control ever around hazelnut filled chocolates. Fresh baked goods are a tough one as well.

Peanut butter. Chips. Sugary candy like fuzzy peaches, cherry blasters etc.. Those days are (mostly) over now! Still working on my relationship with peanut butter though, the jars just go too fast around here...

Oatmeal Squares cereal. My kids love it too, but I can't buy it for them because I will eat the whole box.

White chocolate pretzels. White chocolate most things, but white chocolate pretzels are the worst for me. I discovered this a few nights ago.

    Girl Guide Cookies....
  • Cake, brownies, cookies. It's a texture thing. I don't care what flavor for the most part. Now that I've been a week without (found out I'm allergic to wheat) I am in absolute crave mode.

    1. Mexican from my favorite Mexican restaurant. I haven't had it since joining MFP because I know the calories are outrageous, and I believe it's a sin to eat Mexican food in moderation. :)
    2. Better Made barbeque potato chips. :'( I really love these chips, but one serving doesn't even come close to hitting the spot.

If I buy a 1L carton of chocolate milk, I end up drinking the whole thing in pretty much one 24 hour period. :( I just tell myself, "one more small glass," then it's gone. I have stopped buying it.

If I make banana bread, it's almost impossible to resist a second slice or third slice...

hummus and persimmons are really hard to eat in moderation I always crave more, also basically anything that I cook lots of can be a hurdle; cooking just one portion size at a time is the easiest way to stay on track.

Chocolate and candies. Starting with one leads to the other, and then I am completely out of control :(

Self control is a muscle that has to be built up, sometimes that takes a looong time. I've been working on mine for five years but it still falters around whole chocolate milk, I could drink the entire liter in a sitting. Hummus, gone. Spicy sweet chili Doritos with Tostitos spinach dip... One serving is never enough. I started making a Greek yogurt spinach dip and zucchini chips with a similar chili seasoning just so I could take care of those cravings. I'm definitely a volume eater >_<

Sunflower seeds. If I let myself, I can eat an entire bag in one sitting.

Carne Asada nachos from Roberto's (Mexican restaurant) So delicious but I have had to say goodbye to it because it's really impossible to eat it in moderation haha. I'll be okay though.

Nice. Basic lemon bake my fave. Hubs loves the fancy stuff.
