Not sure how much I had. Pretty sure at least 3,000+ today. Started breakfast off with a whole Pumpkin Pie Talenti gelato & two ounces of brownie brittle. Had two plates filled high with ham, stuffing, homemade macaroni salad, & green beans for lunch.

Last Sunday I had two plates filled with two different stuffings, ham, a sweet stuffed pepper, a little turkey, & seven desserts (cheesecake, two slices of iced angel food cake, a sponge cake, two slices of another cake, & another homemade dessert).

Going to finish the day with another two diet Mountain Dews (to get me through working the crazy retail hours).

Woke up at 6am to put the 16 pound brisket on the smoker! It should be ready about 6pm. Football player son and volleyball/basketball daughter looking to put a hurtin' on that hunk o' beef!

I'll give it a go as well!

I'm confused... Nobody is trying to eat at goal today? Because it's one of two "treat" days a year? I'm afraid I'm developing a food phobia, and I was planning to eat as little as I could to stay in goal lol. It would be nice to not think about what I am mindlessly eating for the day.... Hmm

I'm staying at goal. We didn't have a large meal to begin with. I cooked and weighed everything I ate and planned it all out ahead of time. I worked out this morning and ate back half my exercise calories for sure, though. Eating too much doesn't agree with me.

In for food porn. I'm still battling an awful stomach bug, so I've only managed 1,500 calories for the day, mostly crackers, soup, some stuffing, and some apples and bananas

However, I'm totally with you all in spirit. I'm already planning to join y'all for Christmas Challenge

Custard base for my bread pudding is complete. Looking at it like it might be a good base for a cocktail.

12# turkey for two people. Yeah... haven't eaten yet today either. I'm eating turkey, bread pudding, and whisky.
