    Total weight loss: up and down for 2 1/2 months

    Finally have a hold on this bad boy and losing now.. Perhaps 5 lbs for me is doable. I'm in.

    I'm dreading on weighing in on Saturday, two christmas dinners plus one on Sunday and other one week from today. Back at in the new year but will still track between so who knows.

    all I know is I'm starting to buy clothing in a size 22 from a size 24 two months ago. Whoohoo :D

    I have some weird numbers. I was actually @ 219.6 on November 29th, and really in a funk. It was ToM and just after Thanksgiving (which I made and had to taste EVERYTHING!!! YUMMY!!!) Weighed in today at the 214.8 and feel much better already. So I'm going to use it as a benchmark. I feel the 208 seems like an OK goal, but would be happy with seeing 210 again, especially since ToM will be showing again at that point!

    I had actually gotten as low as 197 in March, but need to work my way back.

    I wonder how much is water weight and how much is from eating on Thursday. I did a pretty intense work out yesterday, it was the only thing to help me feel better and more hungry. I didn't over shoot my cals yesterday and plan to keep it under wraps today too.

    I do feel better after that intense workout because I felt sick most of yesterday but felt hungry after spending just over an hour at the gym

    Too much sugar after not having it in a long time. I don't plan to do that until next holiday. I can focus on losing weight after the new year I think.... But in the mean time. damage control :D

    Wow, so steady of loss, 9 per week. I know it is mostly because I am so heavy and it will slow down as I get closer to 200, but it is enough to do the happy dance over.
