    I cycled a lot in the summer and lost weight that way. Totally enjoyed being on my bike for a couple hours at a time. I did it on weekends and weekdays. Now it's the stationary bike and a lot of hiking. I'm hoping hiking will keep me prepared for cycling in the spring.

    12/9 - 21 minutes, on the trainer and waiting on computer to arrive, so no mileage
    12/11 - 19 minutes/3.3 miles on the trainer (finally got the bike computer going)

    Falling behind as my running volume has been picking up and I've been away from my bike for the past week (and 30 minutes on an exercise bike is all I can take), but should catch up in the next week or two now that I'm back home. May head down to do the keys overseas heritage trail in the next week if I fall too far behind.

    I have been lacking a lot of motivation recently but started up again yesterday on the bike with a 15 mile trainer session. My target between now and the end of the year is 150 miles but hoping to get closer to 200 so I can round out my yearly to 1500 strava tracked miles.

    Replaced a slow leak on Wednesday, and got a fast flat in the middle of a 50 mile ride today. Flats seem to come in threes, so I better replenish my tubes and CO2 cartridges before one appears on my next ride.
