Marie I love cottage cheese also, but I haven't had any in a while. I'll have to get some.
Congratulations Tammi on the 10 lbs. You're almost there. Very inspirational.

I've been working extremely hard on loosing weight. I started putting more effort in the beginning of Dec...I was 186 then. Now I'm drinking green smoothies once or twice a day plus healthy meals. I have been using MFP to track my activity and food. I have also bought a Fitbit Charger HR to track to steps and so far I'm down 16 lbs since Dec!! 35 more lbs to go!!
How often do you weigh-in and post stats?0 -

Good morning, losers! Happy Tuesday!
Today is weigh day for me. I am .08 pounds lighter bringing my total loss to 10.4. Yay! Onward and downward!

It's almost Valentines Day, and we need a reminder that we are loving ourselves and our bodies by eating healthily and moving as much as possible.

Well, I took the children sledding yesterday. We might go again today but it is beginning to melt finally.

Another 10,000+ steps yesterday...going for 3 days today! I can do it! Weight is slowly dropping but according to my clothes - the inches are melting! You know what that means....shopping! My favorite "exercise".
Here is a little sunshine for those snowed in...
