I don't do typical. That would ruin half of the fun of dessert for me.

Frozen cherries or an ice cream bar. I don't eat dessert often, though. I never have.

I am currently allowing 20% of my calories a day to be junk or sweets... so that's 400 calories of either ice cream, cookies, cake brownies, caramel popcorn (friend just brought me some from the beach.. woo hoo).

Honestly, I went so long not letting myself have that stuff that now in maintenance I struggle with not going overboard on it. I didn't really go overboard on it when I was fat but now it is easy to do so. I wish I would have allowed more treats through the diet phase.

I take 2 or 3 egg whites and whisk them until stiff. (by hand, 2 minute cardio haha!) Then I add about 50 grams of greek yoghurt, sometimes one teaspoon of stevia, and whisk again. Finally add some very dark, chopped up chocolate (I don't like lighter chocolate but I guess it would work as well) and mix again. The result is a huuuuuge bowl (like 0.5L) of stracciatella yoghurt mousse which totals about 85 calories depending on how much chocolate you throw in there.

    And it is delicious.

Holy cow! I'm copying this!! Thanks!

I hope you like it as much as I do! Try replacing the chocolate with cocoa powder (maybe add some more sweetener) for chocolate mousse!

I don't really do dessert but when I do it's BEER!

    This.

I don't really care about dessert. I'd rather be able to have a cheese board! If I have a sweet craving it'll be a 0% Fat Greek Yogughurt or one of those tiny Fromage Frais pots, maybe a low-cal chocolate mousse. My partner and I don't really eat sweets so we usually have leftovers from events in the fridge so if I HAVE TO have chocolate, then there's bitesized bits in there.

Health wise, I bloody adore creme fraiche on strawberries or mango. A handful of grapes can give you a nice little sugar kick too.
