Only if you dunk them in Milk, preferably chocolate milk
the softer the cookies, the faster they are to digest, so the fat doesn't attach itself to your body.

    in...to be a wise a#$

as long as you wash your Oreos down with raspberry ketones you will be OK

No way! Everyone knows that HCG is cleaner than raspberry ketones and more Paleo-rific!

actually the correct method is a one week cleanse where you eat nothing but Oreos, then followed by a one week raspberry ketone cleanse, then followed by a one week face, THEN you use the HCG cleanser.....

Oh, I see how that makes perfect sense! Thank you for your wise insight!

glad to be of assistance ....nice to know I am spreading a little knowledge...

But I heard the "filling" is one molecule away from plastic and just turns into toxins in your colon.

It's ok if it does, though. You can always spot reduce that away!

All calories are not equal. So if you eat nothing but oreas your probably going to lose weight and get fat at the same time. MACROS MACROS MACROS!!

lets say you eat broken glass, you stay within your calorie range but your eating broken glass...just because you stay within your calorie range "is it good for you to eat broken glass?" NO! your body needs more than just a certain amount of fuel...it needs GOOD FUEL!

Yes, 1500 calories is 1500 calories. Would you be full? Would you continue to have energy? Would your health improve or decline? Those are totally different.

    This.

Are you saying eating Oreos, the most amazing packaged cookie known to man, is like eating glass?

    Nonsense.

obviously, neither of you have ever done a broken glass cleanse...

the glass fragments slice off fat from your intestinal wall which causes the fat to come out in urine form, and in feces...its a great way to get rid of the "stubborn fat" that clings to your intestinal wall ...

If you are not proficient with chopsticks you might burn some extra calories using them to dunk the cookies so you will be able to eat more oreos.

You would lose weight, but you'd also get scurvy. Fun!

This pretty much sums it up. Health and weight loss are two totally different things. You will lose weight on 1500 calories of oreo cookies, the same as 1500 calories of real food. But obviously the oreo option isn't healthy.

Ever hear of the Twinkie diet? It's real: http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/index.html

That's a pretty fair trade off to have delicious Oreo cookies all the time!

    I posted the same deal...
It's crazy to think about, but definitely not something to suggest.

And really, guys, glass? It's like trading Gatorade for antifreeze! No cals, but will you die?
