    Full disclosure - I quit a nasty diet coke habit in 2005. Cold Turkey. Lost 13-15 pounds in one month doing nothing else different (oh, ok, I drank more water instead). To me, diet coke doesn't add any value to making my body work or look better, so I quit drinking it.

    That being said, 6-8 Diet cokes a day cost about $3 - $8 a day depending on where and how you buy them. I would rather have that $1000 to $3000 a year back in my bank account. I need it for higher quality nutrition.

    I drink two cups of coffee every morning. and a B12 Vitamin Fizzy drink. That's my new vice world.
