    Struggles or successes of my week:1/8 - I've been eating relatively well hey. Had a piece of chocolate here and there, I mean how else can one stay sane? But overall, it's been a good weak. Did crave some red velvet cake the other day but I asked myself if I needed it (to stay sane) and the answer was no so I just kicked that craving to the curb. No real struggles unless you count my health issues... But that's always there

    PS. Won't be home next week so I won't be able to weigh myself. Let's hope that does throw me off!!!

    Struggles or successes of my week:1/22 - Not much of an appetite lately. Haven't been very active either. I actually weighed myself on Tuesday when I got back home and I was 58.6kgs, so close to my goal but now I've gained 0.2kgs. I'm going to chalk that up to water weight. If I can get to 58.5kgs before 1/31, I'll be stoked. I highly doubt I'll be at that number at the end of the month because it will be that TOM (water retention, bloating, you name it)

    Struggles or successes of my week:1/28: Reached my goal with just 2 days left to TOM. To be quite honest, I haven't been doing this healthy. I've been eating a diet in the range of 1000-1200, not something I'm proud of. Just been crazy stressed out and busy so time has also been an issue. But there, as far as I'm concerned, I've completed the challenge and I've reached my goal! Will set another goal after TOM

    Struggles or successes of your week: Finally shifted that water weight from saturday's cinema food, plus more! I may or may not lose another pound by the 31st, but probably not since tomorrow I'm eating out - hello water retention from salty restaurant food! Still, I'm happy with how this month went even if I don't lose another.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Struggle - still can't get in all the water. Success - got in over 10.000 steps the last 4 days and doing my low impact cardio at least 45 mins every day. Doesn't look like I'll hit my goal of weight loss, but I have succeeded in the exercise dept and drinking more water than I did.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Weight loss has really slowed down which is always disappointing....but I've hit my goal for the month with a few days to go so all's good! Will weigh again on Sunday 1st Feb for full months weight loss.

    Struggles or successes or your week: Came on slowly so I guess it will come off slowly....My will power is great right now so I just have to keep doing what I am doing....

    Darn sodium....really messed with me this week...

    Good week! ...I think the loss was good this week because last week the sodium affected the weekly loss...so this week I lost some of what should of showed up last week...but thats ok. Looking forward to another good week next week!

    Tried hard and I believe I did ok, but there was a death in our family and I think the stress from that affected my loss....I am going to be happy with the -.8 loss...thats better than nothing lost or a gain...

    Struggles: had a going away party for a great friend of mine. Ate way to much pizza and general junk food. Tried to get back on track but obviously it didn't go so well. Pretty bummed about this weigh in to be honest.

    successes for the week: went to spin class twice last week, ran 4 times last week and went to ballet class so at least my activity is increasing

    Struggles or Successes of your week: My least productive week ever since I started my weight loss program. This is because I did a tattoo on Friday (as a reward for hitting less than 100kg) and couldn't do any exercise since (I usually ride my bike 1h/day, ~600kcal). Also, I attended two barbecues (Brazilian style, lots of meat and beer, all day long) on the weekend. I didn't overeat nor overdrink, but neither did I worried too much about my caloric intake. No regrets, I enjoyed myself a lot. I think it's healthy to do that once in a while :)

    Struggles or successes of your week: It's been a pretty even week. No major struggles, no major successes. I tried to cut back on the salt and I think that's where most of the loss came from- water weight. I do need to drink more water on the weekend, and I plan to workout for longer periods on the weekend also.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Thought I had poison ivy. I have strong skin allergies so took a week to see the doc. Shingles. Aren't I a little young for that? Doc confirmed most likely from trauma/stress of accident but adds insurance will fight me on that. So, on meds, which I detest doing.

    Glad about decreased weight. Don't mind the speed, but if my scales are correct I really need strength training. Losing muscle.

    Great success! The Daniel fast is helping me keep on track. B) Fruits, veggies, grains---no meats, breads, sweets. We'll see how that plays out for weight loss after I am off the fast February 1.

    Successes: So they way that I weigh myself shows no weight loss, but I've really actually lost about 0.6-0.8 pounds. I only go by whole numbers and I'm 0.1 pound away from saying I am 145 lol. So it was really a success for me, PLUS I had my family come visit and I think I ate out ~6 times and managed to stay under my limit and it was also TOM time. So really it was a good week considering all the fun and crazy happenings of the week. I also lost two pounds last week where I was only supposed to lose one, so I think I will be able to drop the last 0.2 ish pounds to reach my goal by Saturday :) And if not I think I will still survive lol

    Struggles: I wish I had worked out more. I only exercised 3 times last week and I have been good about keeping it around ~5 times per week. But that wasn't really lack of motivation, it was a scheduling problem with family visit and medical school. I understand that kind of thing will happen again so I'm proud of myself for picking back up where I left off :)
