    Hey guys, T25 was my first workout program I ever did after my daughter was born, and it was HARD, I was out of breath all the time and thought I was going to die half way through. Now, about 18 months later, i've gone from 220lb to 144, (i've done other stuff from Beachbody in the meanwhile), and spider pushups are not a problem anymore! You will be able to do them too, just don't give up! I wasn't able to do a single one when I started. Don't give up! Just keep modifying:-)
  • I would like to join. Just started the T25. 5 days in. I am actually enjoying it.

    Having to follow Tanya at the moment but hope I will progress.

    I'd like to join!!! I just started week two. My first week I am down 6.4lbs and have lost a total of three inches cumulatively around my body!!!!

    I am unsure how to log the workouts in my diary. Curious to how others are logging the calories burned, or what exercise selection they are selecting from the choices provided.

    There is a selection where you can add your own exercise and put your own calories burned...I have a polar watch so that lets me know how much I burn

    I have been looking at Insanity Max 30......let me know how you like it compared to T-25.

    I started T25 last Monday. I could use a group like this, especially after this morning when I had one of those "What am I doing this" mornings :D

    So far...what's your favorite T25 workout? Or if you don't have one....what's your favorite move?

    Workout: Speed 1.0 - so I can catch my breath on the stretch!!
    Move: Burpee!!

    Favorite workouts? I like Core Speed and Speed 2.0. I love doing "rounds" like that - I tell myself I can do any move for just 8 counts, and then I get to move on to something else

    But burpees are my least favorite. I need to modify for low-impact (so no hopping back for me), but Tania's lunge isn't anything like doing a burpee, so I feel like I'm not working hard for those moves. Usually I just start doing deep squats instead - better than nothing, right?

    I second Speed 2.0!

    I have tendinitis in my shoulder right now, burpee's and pushups don't like me. Have to do modified until it heals.

    what results are u guys fgetting from t25? i started 2 weeks ago, and quit after day 2, picked back up this week and im starting day 3 today

    @travslst, I'm on Alpha wk3, d3- it wasn't until a few days ago that I noticed my face/neck looked slimmer. I caught my reflection in a window and saw my shoulders looked more defined & I could see my collar bone (must be all those Shoulder Taps!). My quads started feeling like lead after the 2nd week. :smiley:

    Just finished my day 2 speed 1.0.. Hope to keep finishing my goals. Did that with sore muscles, my son motivated me :)
  • Hi...I've attempted T25 3/4 time but can't manage to complete week 3 this is why I tried with2/3 different pairs trainers( cheap ones from tesco some fila n Nike) n always end up with my ankles hurting so Itried barefoot n that made the outter sole of my feet hurt so its put me off :/
