    I'm in!! This is my 12th month in this challenge woohooooo to how much I have lost. I'm going for two more pounds this month :)

    I've never tried this but it sounds very motivational. I just weighed today.

    CW: 223.0
    GW: 217.0

    Although just getting out of the 220's would make me jump for joy. I will be doing Zumba for my workouts in June so I'll track the time instead of distance although I walk a lot too.

    This is my first time doing this. I need a swift kick in the butt to get going so here goes nothing.

    I plan on walking 3 miles a day 4 days a week at minimum. I will be doing strength training 3 days a week.

    i plan to run/ cycle about 5-10 miles a day + pole dancing and hula hooping

    I've joined another challenge this month and aiming for 100 miles of running in June.

    Woohoo! I was just thinking I wonder if they are going to open a June group . The May group really help me see my progress thru the month. I was losing at a faster rate than I thought. Hopefully I can see the same success this month.

  • I'm part of a challenge to lose weight anyway so this will keep me even more motivated (I hope!)

    That's a goal of 5kg (11.02lbs) so I am aiming for a bit more than needed - but it is pretty possible.
