    I had a nearly 2lb loss this morning so I'm likely going to sit at 161 for a while. Not sure if 5lbs this month is going to happen but it doesn't hurt to try! If I can even hit the 150's in June I'll be happy.

    I'm not sure what to put as my goal for miles, so I'm going to go with 12 miles per week = 48 miles for the month. Whew!

    I have been cutting for ages and according to my calculations another 5 lbs loss will put me right at or below 10% BF which has always been my end goal. Another 5 lbs for me is significant but I know I can do it. Also: anyone can feel free to add me as a friend

    Trying to lose the few lbs I gained gorging on bonbons last semester, train for a backpacking trip, and get back into the boxing gym on the daily. I tend to burn myself out overtraining and undereating, but I'll give it my best this month. I'm also switching up my diet to something like a modified paleo diet, so I'm interested to see how that affects me.

    I don't have a mileage goal since most of my training is going to be in the gym, but I should be pack training at least 10 miles once per week with a 40lb pack.

    My goal is to do 50 miles by the end of the month walk/running. I have been holding at 191 for a few weeks now, so I'm hoping this keeps me more accountable.


    And to ksaranya, the poster above me, my birthday is June 28th, so I'm hoping for -5 pounds by my birthday, too. What a great gift for ourselves!!

    First time doing this...I hope I remember to post! I normally weigh myself every Friday, so I just need to add this to my routine.

    Anyways, I'm going to Florida at the end of this month and I'm definitely hoping to lose at least 5 pounds this month! My exercise is playing beach volleyball and classes most of the time, so recording steps/distances wouldn't really work for me.

    ^meghanmae, I'm in SoCal too! I live off the 10 on the way to Palm Springs. I'm glad you're working on setting a good example for your family - I'm working on that too. I love your profile pic, btw.

    I fell off the wagon last month, and I'm so ready to get back on track! My profile is open, so anyone is welcome to look at my journal. I definitely need some encouragement and accountability. I'd especially appreciate any runners/walkers, as I'm trying to be more consistent with my exercise.

    I really like to run and walk, but sometimes I get into a funk and just lay around being tired and depressed unless I'm training for an event. This goal has me walking 2 miles per weekday in June, which is totally doable if I get into a routine and don't make excuses.
