    This would be my first time doing one of these! I have definitely been running since June first; don't have readily access to a scale though ha.
    Gonna have to figure that one out, but I'm excited! :)

    Cycled 22.9 miles and walked 2.7 miles for 25.6 total. A bit less than planned but I was trying to take it easy, giving the legs a rest.

    Challenges for June:
    Walk about 40 miles a week, so 200 for the month. I've joined a Gym and intend to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with Pilates on Tuesday.
    My nephew gets married on the 22nd and I want my tummy region to be firmer!!!

    Im in!! I have been struggling these last 8 months with my weightloss. May 16th of this year Marked my 1 year Anniversay on MFP and I am down 32lbs (from 212 lbs to 180 lbs). I anticipated reaching my goal weight of 160 by the end of January this year, but here I am 4 months passed that and 20lbs from goal. Hopefuly this challenge will give me the boost I need.     I love Lifting!!!!! I am 9 pounds away from my first mini goal of 168, 168 was a weight I was comfortable at a couple years ago so Ill be happy to hit that number and than surpass it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
