    I fell behind on my running this week as I've sick with a chest cold. My goal was 100 miles and I'm at 87.2 miles. I haven't run yet today so probably could do that between today and tomorrow but I have a 15km race on Monday and dont want to overdo it this weekend. We'll see!

    Whoops! Forgot to post! Very happy to see progress, especially THIS week, IYKWIM.

    Thrilled to see the scale moving. Last week I stayed the same, the week before only 1lb.

    I lost two pounds and three inches this month. I knew I wouldn't lose many pounds because I lifted weights more than I did cardio.

    I started the month at 246lbs I fluctuated a lot this month I at one point got all the way down to 240 then i gained a few back and my end result is 242lbs so a total of 4lbs lost. Not too bad. Pretty happy with the results!!! Hope to do better in july tho!

    Challenges for June:
    To walk about 40 miles a week, so 200 for the month.
    I've joined a Gym and intend to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with Pilates on Tuesday.
    My nephew gets married on the 22nd and I want my tummy region to be firmer!!!
    NSV:- the size 14 (uk) dress I bought fits!!!!!

    Cycled 17 miles and walked 1.4 miles for 18.4 total.

    Total cycled: 108
    Total walked: 13.8
    Total overall: 127.4 out of 150 mile goal (I've missed something somewhere, that's straight from the Runtastic app)

    Well didn't reach either goal, but had injuries to deal with and was actually eating too little I think. 4 pounds in the month when my weight was up and down the whole time, I'll take that :) I started this week closer to 195 pounds.
    As far as exercise, it's still 25 miles more than I've ever done in a month since starting and I did think 150 was a stretch maybe. We'll see if I can get to that this month depending on what I do.

    I Actually gained weight in June scale went up to Over 270 I got it down to 262 though and im back on track! JULY HAS TO BE BETTER!!!
