    Haha he's such a weirdo. I swear to you I have taken almost 20 pictures over the past 3 months to monitor my progress, and he is in EVERY single one of them!!

    You look awesome your one of my mpf friends we are the same height I started at 150.5 now I'm 126,so yep us unusually short individuals need to stick together :)

    Your back looks great, mine was like yours before and now it looks like yours now ,your waist looks smaller and more defined rock on with your bad self.

    OMG that's an amazing difference in just 3 months as someone who is 4 11" it's hard to carry extra weight as the smallest amount really shows so keep up the hard work it will pay off x
