    Thanks that's very encouraging!! How often do you work out?

    Generally I go to the gym 3-5 days a week. I'm a teacher though, so I am on my feet all day (and I totally count that as a workout someday lol). On my off days when I'm not in the gym, I like to take my dog for a nice long walk or something more low impact.
