    I made home made chili. I cook my beans, use canned no-salt diced tomatoes, onion, green pepper and ground turkey. When it starts to get low, I throw some whole wheat pasta in and call it chili-mac.

    I had some prawns in a spicy garlic broth with some shirataki noodles. So tasty, filling and only 102 calories in total!! :)

    Oh, who am I kidding? I defrosted some leftover turkey and stuffing casserole from Christmas and nuked some Hubbard squash and an Idaho russet potato and spritzed them with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Olive Oil Spray.
