down 52 lbs and feel awesome!!! Got about 38lbs more until I meet my goal weight!

went from 245 to 193!!

    Damn! You look awesome! Even at 193 you look great. I'm so happy for you. Looking at all of these pictures is really a motivator. I guess I will go and take a before pic today. I sure hate it, but it's the only way I can see real progress outside of the scale. Maybe I will keep a picture diary in my blog here on MFP. Thanks for sharing, this was so encouraging.     you guys rock!! Thank you!! and no particular diet or fitness program...i don't eat 'clean', I still very much enjoy processed/vending machine food/sweets but i've learned ALL in moderation! As long as it fits my macros, then I will eat and enjoy! I go to the gym about 3 or 4 times a week, I do a lot of cardio and just stepped up to lifting weights not too long ago! :)
