    Wow! I so needed this today! I started a month ago at 245. I've lost 10 so far, but I know I need to start working out to keep it going. Your before and after pictures are just the motivation I needed.

    It will be you next!! I remember back in the day just wondering how these people lost all this weight, and there I was...245 and miserable. But it's so simple (not easy per say)- diet and exercise. Stick to the MFP macros (as best as you can), allow yourself daily treats, throw in some exercise- and you're golden!!
