Seeking women with 1500ish calorie goals

I'm probably not a woman, but if you're having hunger issues, go for more fiber or protein if you are slacking on those. Some super low-fat meats, like a tuna salad with light mayo or 99% fat free ground turkey with celery and peas over 1/2 cup of cooked lentils will murder hunger.

I just bumped mine up to 1500 today. I am also exercising about 35 minutes , 5 days a week. I am curious to see how this turns out. Add me if you like.0
