Come on guys, wheres the encouragement and motivation this person needs! yes yes we know about natural sugars and some carbs turn into sugar but i know what the original poster is saying and ok it may not be posted under the correct forum ....Well done mikediverfl...!!0

beside the fact that it is totally unnecessary and dumb…nothing...
It is necessary if you can't control your urges to eat it. So if you keep junk out of your kitchen, you will eat less of it. Not everyone has your incredible self-control, which is why most people fail at dieting, whether it's a strict CICO or other methods.
I was unaware that there was another method beside CICO….
please enlighten me as to what this magical alternate to math and physics is...0 -
