    Successes- i ran faster and longer than ever on the treadmill. And ive gone to gym consistently, even days i didnt want to.

    Struggles: I didnt stop myself from eating useless calories, like last night, I had pizza and wings and i wasnt even that hungry.

    Successes: I got to play volleyball on monday!!!!!! as well, Ive been struggling to put snowpants on since last year, or school, and now I can button them up and zip them without it popping

    Struggles: I didnt stop myself from eating useless calories, like last night, I had pizza and wings and i wasnt even hungry.

    Successes: I got to play volleyball on monday!!!!!! as well, Ive been struggling to put snowpants on since last year ( november) ,for school ( aviation, we have to wear winter gear when we fly incase we have to make an emergency landing), Before i could button them up but it would pop after i breathed a few times. Now I can button them up and walk around and bend without them coming undone. sitting is uncomfortable though. next goal is to make them looser so i can feel more comfortable

    Struggles: I didn't meet my calorie or workout goals every day this week, so I have room to improve and push myself.

    Success: I met up with my MFP bestie and confessed my sins. She's going to help me in the accountability department (4am texts to workout) and knowing someone is there really helps. When I had cash in hand with the intention to stop for candy on the way home, it took all my willpower plus the guilt of having to admit to failure - I ended up 91 calories over my day because of the banana I ate instead. A victorious fail for the day.

    I have a person that's doin a 10 week challenge with me and multiple times either of us have wanted to give up or just had a bad day and having someone there to motivate and make u realize what's up is a great thing to have!! I'm also heaviest I have ever been (well in sept I was 237 so I have lost 17) so I feel you!! I am Guna add you!
