Struggles or successes of your week: Valentine's Day. I planned a huge day of treats for my family (ok, not the best idea) and indulged right along with them. I thought I'd be ready to go Sunday morning, but the day was high stress (lots of screaming from baby/kid) and in the end I tossed in the towel! Friday I was at 195.8 (a 5.4lb loss for the week) but this morning I was up almost 3 pounds. I'm sure most of it is salt...but still. Bummed me out.0 -

Struggles or successes of the week: TOM this week and I ate badly. Took healthy lunches to work 3 days this but still went to shop and bought junk instead! I didn't enjoy it either! Back on plan this week and have started exercising with a trainer so hoping for a better loss next time!0 -

Success: Completed week 2 of Couch to 5k, and have started to love the energy and endorphins after each workout.
Struggle: I need to begin focusing on a strength training routine, but having a hard time getting started. I don't know how to use most of the machines, and I don't get the feel-good rush like I do after cardio.0 -

Struggles or successes of the week(2/17): Can't say I've had any. I was craving sweet things on Sunday and I did eat a little over my daily calories but it wasn't a train wreck. It's the first time I've been in the 57 range so I'm quite psyched about that!

Struggles or successes of your week: I've been really sick all week, but I forced myself to eat and log. I didn't get to add my workouts, but that will come when I'm feeling a bit stronger.
I do have a question. If you stay under the 1200 calories, it says it won't show certain functions and that you're not eating enough. But isnt that 1200 the goal?

I am getting back on track, but im nervous that I am going to eat a lot when my dad comes, and just for one day. I am no where near the 10 pounds i want this month, Ill be lucky if i get to 5 which is impossible for one week, unless I decide not to eat, which I am trying to refrain from, since I want to do this healthy. this month has been a big set back since that one week were i wouldnt stop eating.
If i can lose 2 pounds per week for the next 14 weeks, I will still be able to hit my goal, of 40 pounds by june 1st. Wish me luck and add me if you wanna see me on my journey and share yours as well0 -

Struggles: i ate bad all week, and I have been over eating. this is no excuse. I shouldn't be gaining. I have obviously lost sight of what I really want
Just remember tomorrow is a new day. And tomorrow you can make the choices to get back on the path you want to be on. You can do it!!! I believe in you!!!!
