    I have just found this 4 year old thread helpful - a few Facebook friends of mine have recently started selling it and bombarding Facebook with happy healthy posts... was nice to read peoples thoughts so that I can be educated enough not to get caught... I did herbal life many years ago with great success ( I lost 3 stone in weight) but my disordered eating got out of control. To the extent that all I would have was 3 herbal life shakes a day - nothing else. When I eventually returned to eating normally I was in agony, went to see the GP and was told my body had stopped making the enzymes that digest food because I hadn't been eating anything. Savage!!
