It can be a real eye opener looking at old photos. I was a bit depressed during this time in my life (first photo). I thought that I would be happy when I reached my goal, looking at this photo, I would like to lose 15 more.

I am 5'6. I used to weigh 172-176 6 years ago. I only have 1 picture from that time but I can share it. I am currently 124 lbs.
172-176 lbs (not sure exactly)
125/126 lbs taken earlier this year

I have not taken my top off in public for 15 years due to been fat ! I admit i have lots of catching up to do, haha.
As a 30 year old who has had 3 confirmed and 1 suspected skin cancer removed... I do not think sunbathing should be encouraged! I never sunbathed, mine were all from incidental sun exposure as a teenager (Gotta Love Australia!)
