May as well join in. Minimal effort from August last year until June when I realised I was no longer happy with myself I was in a relationship where I didn't value myself in the slightest. Chased the relationship because I felt I needed it, going to the gym and eating completely changed my outlook on life and myself. I have never been happier with myself as a person and I will never devalue myself ever again. Couldn't care less whether I put weight back on it isn't really about that but the weight loss was a path to self discovery that has been a long time coming

. Single and loving every moment of it. I intend to get much leaner because I love it but the confidence will never fade regardless of how I look

This is 4 months difference with the right one being today, lost a total of 30 lbs so far and I'm going to keep going until I hit 100lbs lost!
