Start weight: 175lbs
Current weight: 157lbs
Started on January 20th this year, about another 10lbs to go for original goal, then I'll re-assess and set a new goal

Ur very beautifulI know you've seen this picture before because we are friends on here, but I thought I would post anyway. I wouldn't exactly say NOT to HOT, but I feel I look a little different and have way more confidence than the girl in my "before" picture. About 110lb difference between the two. Good luck everyone

May as well join in. Minimal effort from August last year until June when I realised I was no longer happy with myself I was in a relationship where I didn't value myself in the slightest. Chased the relationship because I felt I needed it, going to the gym and eating completely changed my outlook on life and myself. I have never been happier with myself as a person and I will never devalue myself ever again. Couldn't care less whether I put weight back on it isn't really about that but the weight loss was a path to self discovery that has been a long time coming. Single and loving every moment of it. I intend to get much leaner because I love it but the confidence will never fade regardless of how I look
