    ill be your loudest and biggest cheerleader bro lol. I train at southern elite fitness Google richard Hawthorne we call him the "ant" I've never worked out with him one on one but he's really helped me with my technique in passing. I've slacked back lately though

    215 5x5 at 157. I just started cutting so I am backing it off to 3x5 but plan to still slowly increase strength in the cut. Right now my bench and press are not nearly up with my squat and deadlift so I will be focusing more on them as I feel I can't effectively increase everything at the same time in deficit.

    I did a 405x25 set one time. I would have done more, but no spotter. I was about 205 at the time.

    High Bar, *kitten* to grass (only way I squat): 425

    Got 265 x 20 the other day pretty easily.

    But I am not a power lifter at all. No idea what I could do low bar. A lot more.
