215 5x5 at 157. I just started cutting so I am backing it off to 3x5 but plan to still slowly increase strength in the cut. Right now my bench and press are not nearly up with my squat and deadlift so I will be focusing more on them as I feel I can't effectively increase everything at the same time in deficit.0
