Eating around 1260 - 1800ish calories depending on exercise day calorie burns (eating back approximately 1/2 to 2/3rds of exercise calories. Currently losing 1/2lb per week or less to goal. Taking the slow road to maintenance and lifting weights to prevent lean body mass loss. Taken over a year from 179 to current weight.0
