    Atari - Asteroids

Baseball cards (I had binders full)

Big Wheel <-- Loved that thing.

Nintendo Powerpad .. oh yeah baby. The original Wii Sports.

I had a Dukes of Hazzard big wheel (yes, tom boy all the way), the one with the brake on the side. I would go really fast down our gravel driveway and then pull that brake as hard as I could. It would whip me around super fast, sometime flipping me over. My mom caught me one day and took it away from me, stating that I was going to "kill myself." Me and my brothers fished it out of the garage the next day:)

I remember when all the girls in my school wore that Luvs Baby Soft perfume.

How about those friendship bracelets - made with that super thin string?

I remember watching Headbanger's Ball too.

I used to climb a lot of trees. My grandma used to have a huge Magnolia right in the front yard. She had it removed. Sad times.

Anyone ever belong to a 'club/clubhouse?'

Oh gosh, I'm probably a lot older than most of you, but here are some of my memories..

Pong. Yep, the first video game.
    Moon shoes.
    Making gum wrapper chains.
    Creepy crawlers.
    Easy bake oven.
Fishing with my dad, every Sunday.
    Mushrooming with my dad.
Playing outside in the snow until my hands and toes were numb.
Climbing trees and riding the treetops in the wind. (Yikes)
Packing a lunch and eating it with my best friend in a grain bin. Even bigger YIKES!!
Playing kick the can on the iced over lake in winter.
Riding my neighbors horses without them knowing it, bareback no less.
    Daily swims at the lake.
Sticking firecrackers into every crack and crevice I could find (even a bee hive, badddd idea), and then once, setting fire to the field on accident. :(
My purple, glittery Stingray banana seat bike. I still have it!
Dressing our cats in doll clothes and laughing at them being 'catatonic'.
Silly putty and the 'funny' paper.
    Seeing Santa downtown.
This giant red teardrop shaped thing that you could roll around in. I don't know what it was called but we ended up pushing each other down hills in it.
Sun In and baby oil. haha
Elephant bells/hip huggers and halter tops. Crocheted vests and having to wear dresses to school until Jr. High.
Spin the bottle, truth or dare and phone pranking boys we liked by pretending we were someone else, or asking if they would 'go out with' so and so.
Picking berries in the forest. I actually enjoyed it.
Watching Gilligan's Island, The Brady Bunch and punching my brother to get him to change the channel when Star Trek was on. I always lost.
Hopscotch on the street, since our drives were all gravel and there were no sidewalks.
My best friend had this toy, life sized model 'head' with hair on it and we would spend hours curling it's hair and putting ugly makeup on it.
Riding our bikes down a HUGE hill on the river bluff, as fast as we could possible go, without helmets. :)
Exploring new houses that were being built and playing 'king of the hill' on the dirt piles with the neighbor boys.
The local fairs. That was what we all got 'dressed up' for to impress the boys we didn't know.
Boat races on the lake. That is where I met my husband in 1977. We've been married almost 34 years. :)

I remember when my elementary school outlawed the snap bracelets..

They found out that kids were taking them out of the material covers and using them as weapons..

Seriously? Talk about ruining a good thing.

Creature Double Feature on Channel 56 for you Boston-area folks... also, Electric Company and Zoom.

Reading Judy Blume books, and how big of a deal it was... "Are you there God, it's me, Margaret" etc.

The show "Kids Are People Too" and the day Kiss appeared on the show... also, Kiss dolls and Kiss trading cards.

Back when Wonder Bread had these crazy collectible cards in every loaf. That, and the toys in Cracker Jacks, and most every kind of cereal.

Roller skates: metal plates with metal wheels that attached to whatever sneakers or shoes you were wearing.

Back when every kid walked to and from school unless the bus went to their neighborhood... hardly any parents drove their kids to school.

Light Bright. Gnip Gnop. Connect Four. Rock'em Sock'em Robots. Hungry Hungry Hippos. Operation.

When the first kid in your class could complete the Rubik's Cube.

Waiting to see a "World Premiere Video" on MTV.

Friday nights: watching Love Boat and Fantasy Island back to back...
