I usually have Overnight Oats during the week and eggs on the weekend, but I had to jet off to an 8:00 massage appointment, so I drank a weight loss shake in the car today.0

Sometimes I make baked oatmeal in a big casserole dish and it makes enough for the week. I just scoop some out and stick in the microwave with some extra milk
