Anybody else in the northern states having troubles breathing while working out? All this week it has been around -10 to -30 outside, and while exercising inside, I noticed my chest is feeling tighter like my lungs are freezing.

Being out in the cold makes it super rough especially with running or anything. Have you tried any in home workout programs instead?0

Sometimes. I don't exercise outside in the winter anymore, but the really cold air would hurt my breathing. Best fix I found is to breath while covering your mouth with a hand or scarf.0

I do everything inside. I live in an old, big, drafty house, so it's pretty cold inside. I have an electric heater going, and I close the doors to the living room thinking they may help. I'm wondering if a humidifier might help since its very dry air.0 -
A humidifier would definitely help. Even more than the cold, it's the dryness that hurts. I have bad lung issues, and if I don't have a humidifier on my o2 tanks it hurts like hell.0
